| 摘 要： | 目的：分析我院10年间治疗先天性髋关节脱位失败的病例,总结经验。方法：回顾性分析我院1999～2009年10年间治疗先天性髋骨关节脱位失败病例56例的首次手术方法、术后患者下地及负重时间及髋关节病理改变。结果：再次手术后患者随访1～2年治疗效果理想。结论：正确分析病理改变,选择正确的术式及规范每项手术操作是成功的关键。
