| 摘 要： | 儿童桡骨远端骨骺骨折是儿童骨折中的常见类型，骨折后骨骺常发生成角移位。自2009年至2010年共收治15例桡骨远端骨骺骨折，获得了满意的效果．现总结如下。，1临床资料本组15例，男12例，女3例；年龄9～14岁，平均12．5岁；柯腕9例，左腕6例。均为跌扑伤，伤肝2h内就诊、远折端均向背侧移位，均未伴有神经损伤症状。根据Salter-Itarris（SH）分类：I型3例，Ⅱ型12例。
