务工人员单纯疱疹病毒2型感染状况分析

目的了解浙西地区农村外出务工人员单纯疱疹病毒2型(HSV-2)感染状况及相关危险因素。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法检测219例外出务工人员和155例健康对照血清中抗HSV-2IgG抗体。结果外出务工人员抗体检出率26.5%,对照组检出率17.4%,两组抗体检出率差异有显著性(P<0.05);按性别、年龄、教育程度、婚姻状况、不洁性行为等感染相关因素作性别分层分析,<25岁女性感染率最高,达41.2%,Logistic回归分析表明,不洁性行为是HSV-2感染的危险因素(P<0.01)。结论外出务工人员HSV-2感染率明显高于对照组,开展针对农村外出务工人员的性病知识健康教育和医疗保健活动势在必行。

Analysis of Human Simplex Virus Type 2 Infection among the Migrant Labourer

Objective To estimate the seroprevalence of human simplex virus type 2 (HSV-2) infection and to analyze the infective risk factor among the migrant labourer from the west rural area of Zhejiang province.Methods serum specimens of 219 migrant labourer and 155 healthy controls were collected to test for HSV-2 type-specific antibodies by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The seropre The seroprevalence of HSV-2 IgG antroup was 26.5%,while that in control group was 17.4%,and there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).The stratified analysis by gender,age,education,marital status and unsafe sexual behavior,the female under 25 years of age got the top (41.2%).Unsafe sexual behavior was risk factor for HSV-2 infection by logistic regression.Conclusion The HSV-2 infection level of the migrant labourer was higher than that of control group,therefore they were high-risk populations for HSV-2 infection.Policies and prevention strategies such as medical care and health education for sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) need to focus on rural migrant labourer.
