摘    要:
目的:探讨铜银离子协同氯化消毒灭活病毒的作用位点.方法:用透射电子显微镜(TEM)观察了协同消毒前后的病毒形态,并用逆转录PCR的方法检测协同消毒前后病毒的核酸.结果:消毒前后f2的外形没有变化,f2对大肠杆菌的吸附力没有改变;协同消毒后脊髓灰质炎病毒I型(PVI)为圆形颗粒,蛋白衣壳内结构被破坏;RT-PCR检测显示协同消毒前PVI的特异条带为阳性,协同消毒后的为阴性.结论:结果提示铜银离子协同氯化消毒灭活水中病毒的作用位点可能在病毒的核酸.

Abstract:
Objective: To seek for the sites of the inactivity of viruses by copper and silver ions with free chlorine. Methods: Morphologic changes were observed under TEM and the RNA of poliovirus were determined by using RT PCR before and after synergistic disinfection. Results: f 2 had no change in capsid conformation before and after disinfection,and in its adsorption to E.Coli before and after synergistic disinfection. Poliovirus was still round granule and the inner structure of its protein coat was destroyed. RT PCR indicated that poliovirus I had a positive specific band before disinfection, while a negative one after synergistic disinfection. Conclusion: The results suggest that during synergistic inactivation of coliphage f 2 and poliovirus by copper and silver ions with free chlorine, their sites of inactivation are probably RNA.
