摘    要:
目的 给出一种自动选择相关窗尺寸的散斑追踪方法用于心肌运动估测。方法 提出一种搜索算法来选择使相关估计位移最优的窗尺寸,称为窗优化散斑追踪法(STAWOWS:speckle tracking algorithm with optirnal witldow size)。通过对仿真数据和实际临床数据的处理,对该方法的有效性进行了验证。结果该方法能够选取到使相关估计位移结果最优的窗尺寸,能够比较准确地对实际B超图像中的散斑实现追踪。结论 这种方法是一种有效的散斑追踪方法。

Abstract:
Objective To establish a novel speckle tracking algorithm for estimating myocardial motion. Method A search method was proposed to find the optimal window size for image matching. Simulation and clinical experiment were conducted to demonstrate the validity of this algorithm. Result The optimal window size for image matching was determined using this algorithm. Correct speckle tracking could be fulfilled with the algorithm proposed. Conclusion The method proposed in this paper is effective for specking tracking.
