弥漫性轴索损伤105例临床分析

目的 探讨脑弥漫性轴索损伤的临床疗效. 方法 回顾性分析莆田市第一医院神经外科自2000年3月至2007年10月收治的105例经综合措施治疗的弥漫性轴索损伤患者的临床资料. 结果 所有患者随访6-30个月,死亡23例.存活82例,其中恢复良好20例.中残37例.重残19例,植物生存6例. 结论 早期应用激素、亚低温、高压氧及尼莫地平等综合措施能有效改善弥漫性轴索损伤的预后.

Clinical analysis of 105 cases of diffuse axonal injury

Objective To study the clinical outcomes of diffuse axonal injury(DAI) Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted involving 105 patients with DAI treated with comprehensive therapies.Results In the follow-up for 6 to 30 months,23 patients died,and among the 82 patients survived,6 wefe in vegetative state,19 had severe disabilities,37 had moderate disabilities,and 20 showed good recovery. Conclusion Comprehensive treatments including early use of hormones,hypothcrmic therapy,and application of hyperbaric oxygen and nimodipine can improve the prognosis of DAI.
