150例普外科围手术期抗菌药物使用情况分析

目的了解普外科围手术期抗菌药物的应用现状,评估其合理性。方法对随机抽取的150例普外科手术期患者抗菌药物的应用情况进行回顾性分析。结果150例患者抗菌药物的使用率100.0%,52.0%联合应用2种抗菌药物,6.7%联合应用3种抗菌药物;用法用量不合理20.0%;选药不当8.7%;用药时机不当80.0%;治疗时间过长48.7%。结论我院普外科围手术期抗菌药物使用存在诸多不合理现象,必须加强监督管理。

Investigation on the use of antimicrobial agents in 150 perioperative patients from general surgery

Objective To study the status quo of application of antimicrobial agents in perioperative patients from the department of general surgery and analyse its rationality in the clinic. Methods The application of antimicrobial agents in 150 pefioperative patients randomly selected from the department of general surgery was reviewed retrospectively. Results The 150 cases, 100% received antimierobial agents ,52.0% received combination of 2 drugs ,6.7% received combination of 3 drugs. 20. 0% were irrational of usage and dosage; 5.8% were irrational choice of antimicrobial agents;80.0% were irrational in the medication time ; 48.7% were over long of medication duration. Comclusion It is neccessary to supervision and administration of antimicrobial agents as irrational use of perioperative antimicrobial agents is existed in the department of general surgery of our hospital.
