| 摘 要： | 目的:了解糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)有关的危险因素。方法:2型糖尿病(2-DM)患者312例,按有无并发周围神经病变分为无神经病变组(NDPN组)及有神经病变组(DPN组),对2组患者年龄、病程、血压、血糖、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、叶酸、维生素B12、血脂等相关因素进行单因素及Logistic多因素回归分析。结果:Logistic多因素回归分析显示DPN与Hcy、空腹血糖(FBG)密切相关;Hcy与叶酸、维生素B12负相关。结论:在众多与DPN相关因素中Hcy、FBG是相对独立危险因素,积极控制相关危险因素,可延缓DPN的发生及发展。

| Abstract: | objective: To analyze the risk factors related to diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods: 312 cases of type 2 diabetic mellitus(DM) were divided into non-DPN group and DPN group.The age,diabetic duration,blood pressure(BP),blood glucose(BG),HbA1c,Hcy,folic acid,VitB12 and lipid were analyzed by single factor analysis of variance and Logistic multiple factor regression analysis.Results: Logistic regression analysis revealed that Hcy and fasting BG were closely related with DPN.Hcy was negatively correlated with folic acid and VitB12.Conclusion: In many risk factors related to DPN,Hcy and fasting BG are the dependent risk factors. |
