通督调神配合经筋围刺治疗大便失禁的理论探讨

Theoretical Study on The Treatment of Fecal Incontinence with Tong Du Tiao Shen Acupuncture Method Combined with Surround Needling of Channel Sinew

Fecal incontinence is a disease in which excrement and gas drain out of the anus involuntarily due to anal diseases or the relaxation of old anal sphincter or nervous system disease,which seriously affects the normal work and life of patients.In the clinical treatment,the treatment of fecal incontinence by using the Tong Du Tiao Shen acupuncture method and surround needling of channel sinew has a significant effect.This article focuses on the theoretical basis for the treatment of fecal incontinence with the regulation of the Tong Du Tiao Shen acupuncture method and surround needling of channel sinew,and discusses the etiology and pathogenesis of acupuncture incontinence and the selection of acupuncture points.The acupoints are based on the overall and local compatibility methods,the concept of ribs and tendons and regulation mind.The Tong Du Tiao Shen acupuncture method and surround needling of channel sinew can establish the connection between the brain and the intestines and play a role in the treatment of fecal incontinence.
