追踪方法学联合戴明环提高无抽搐电休克治疗患者的护理质量

目的 探讨追踪方法学联合戴明环在提高无抽搐电休克治疗(modified electric convulsive therapy,MECT)患者护理质量中的作用。 方法 将2017年1-6月收治的924例MECT患者作为对照组,将2017年7-12月收治的935例MECT患者作为研究组,对照组采用常规护理,研究组实施追踪方法学联合戴明环进行MECT护理质量管理。比较2组护理质量,发热发生率和患者MECT配合率。 结果 研究组MECT后发热发生率低于对照组(χ² =13.262,P＜0.001),护理质量及患者MECT配合率高于对照组(t=-3.163,P=0.025;χ² =76.316,P＜0.001)。 结论 追踪方法学联合戴明环能有效降低MECT后患者发热发生率,提高MECT配合率和护理质量,实现MECT护理管理水平的提升。

Tracing method combined with Deming cycle improves the nursing quality of modified electric convulsive therapy patients

Objective To explore the effect of tracing method combined with Deming cycle on improving the nursing quality of patients receiving the modified electric convulsive therapy (MECT). Methods Totally 924 patients receiving MECT in the first half of 2017 were selected into the control group, while 935 patients treated in the second half of 2017 were chosen into the experimental group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the experimental group was provided with nursing based on the tracing method combined with Deming cycle. The nursing quality the incidence of fever and patients' compliance during the treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention, the incidence of fever of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the experimental group (χ² =13.262, P＜0.001), while the nursing quality and patients' compliance during the treatment of the former were significantly higher than the latter (t=-3.163,P=0.025;χ²=76.316,P＜0.001). Conclusion The tracing method combined with Deming cycle can effectively reduce the incidence of fever after MECT, improve the cooperation rate and nursing quality of MECT patients, altogether leading to the improvement of post-MECT nursing management.
