摘    要:目的:探讨应用剑桥神经心理自动化成套测试软件(CANTAB)测评注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)儿童执行功能缺陷的可行性。方法:选取符合DSM-IVADHD诊断标准的6~16岁儿童71例及28例年龄、性别、智商匹配的正常对照,应用CANTAB评估ADHD儿童执行功能缺陷。组间比较采用Mann-Whitney秩和检验,并采用错误发现率(FDR)校正P值。结果:与正常对照组相比,ADHD组在持续性注意力(RVP)中平均延迟时较长,RVPA’得分较低(均P<0.05);在停止信号任务(SST)中错误数得分较高,停止信号反应时间较长(均P<0.01);剑桥球袋测试(SOC)中平均启动思考时间2较长(P<0.05)。结论:本研究提示CANTAB可敏感的识别出ADHD的执行功能缺陷。

Abstract:Objective:To assess executive function(EF)deficit of children with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorderby using Cambridge Neuropsychological Tests Automated Battery(CANTAB).Methods:Seventy-one children(aged 6-16 yeas)with ADHD meeting DSM-IV criteria and 28 age-,IQ-,gender-matched controls were selected.The executive function deficit in children with ADHD were evaluated with CANTAB.The Mann-whitney U non-parametric test was used to comparison between groups,and P value was corrected by False Discovery Rate(FDR).Results:Compared with controls,ADHD group had longer average delay time and lower RVPA'scores in RVP(Ps<0.05),more errors and longer stop signal reaction time in SST(Ps<0.01),and longer mean initial thinking time(2 moves)(P<0.05)in SOC.Conclusion:The study suggests that ADHD children may have widely executive function deficits,such as sustain attention,response inhibitory,and spatial planning ability,and CANTAB could sensitively identify executive function deficits of ADHD.
