老年脑卒中患者出院后康复认知、需求与负担的质性研究

目的了解老年脑卒中患者出院后的康复认知、需求与负担,为促进老年脑卒中患者康复提供参考依据。方法采用目的抽样法,选取10例老年脑卒中患者进行半结构式访谈,应用Colaizzi 7步分析法进行资料分析。结果通过对访谈资料的归类与剖析可归纳为3大主题6个亚主题:①康复锻炼认知不足;②对康复的需求强烈,包括对恢复肢体功能的需求、对专业康复指导的需求、对康复资源的需求;③患者的康复负担重,包括即经济负担、家庭照护角色负担。结论对于老年脑卒中患者,应给予专业的出院后康复指导,提高患者对康复锻炼的认知水平,促进其康复功能锻炼行为的形成与维持,减轻患者康复过程中的心理负担,进而促进患者的康复。

Rehabilitation cognition,demands and burden of elderly stroke patients after discharg: a qualitative study

Objective To understand the rehabilitation cognition, needs and burden of elderly stroke patients after their discharge, and to provide references for promoting their rehabilitation treatment. Methods Ten elderly stroke patients were selected using the Objective sampling method for a semi-structured interview, and Colaizzi 7-step analysis method was used to analyze the data. Results After the classification and analysis of interview data, 3 themes can be summarized as cognitive deficiency in rehabilitation exercise, the demand for rehabilitation including that for the recovery of limb function, professional rehabilitation guidance and rehabilitation resources, as well as the burden of patients' rehabilitation (financial burden and family care role burden). Conclusion Professional rehabilitation guidance should be given to elderly stroke patients after discharge to improve their cognitive level of related rehabilitation knowledge, promote the formation and maintenance of rehabilitation exercise behavior and reduce the psychological burden of patients in the process of rehabilitation, so as to improve their rehabilitation.
