| 摘 要： | 非自杀性自伤(NSSI)行为目前已成为世界范围内重要的精神卫生问题,国际上主要以心理治疗为主,辩证行为治疗(DBT)具有最多的支持证据。本文通过阐述NSSI行为发生的原因、DBT的理论体系、DBT治疗NSSI的干预流程以及DBT治疗NSSI的疗效从而总结归纳DBT是治疗NSSI行为有效的且可以降低临床脱落率和临床成本的心理干预方式。 |

| Abstract: | Nonsuicidal self-injury(NSSI)has become an important psychological problem worldwide,and psychotherapy is the main treatment for NSSI in the world,especially,dialectical behaviour therapy(DBT)has the most supporting evidence.The review aims to summarizes the causes of NSSI behavior,the theoretical system of DBT,the intervention process and the effect of DBT and in treating NSSI to conclude that DBT is a psychological intervention that is effective in treating NSSI behavior and could reduce clinical dropout rate and cost. |
