龙葵当归三棱汤治疗卵巢癌临床疗效及对免疫指标及炎性因子的影响

目的探讨龙葵当归三棱汤对卵巢癌患者的临床疗效及免疫指标及炎性因子的影响。方法选取2016年11月-2018年12月60例卵巢癌患者进行研究,随机分为试验组和对照组各30例,对照组采用单纯紫杉醇加顺铂化疗治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上进行龙葵当归三棱汤治疗,比较两组患者的总有效率、血清肿瘤标志物水平[CA125、癌胚抗原(CEA)]变化、以及Th1、Th2、Th1/Th2、调节性T淋巴细胞(Treg)及炎症因子[白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)]及干扰素(INF-γ)和不良反应。结果试验组的总有效率90.0%(27/30)明显高于对照组76.7%(23/30),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组CA125、CEA、IL-2、IL-6、INF-γ均明显低于对照组,IL-10明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的Th1、Th1/Th2均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组的Th2、Treg明显低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组的不良反应率6.7%(2/30)明显低于对照组33.3%(10/30)(P<0.05)。结论龙葵当归三棱汤可以有效的改善卵巢癌的临床疗效,提高患者的免疫力,降低炎性反应和化疗的不良反应。

Clinical efficacy and Immune Indexes and Inflammatory Factors in Patients with Ovarian Cancer Treated with Longkuang Danggui Sanleng Decoction

Objective To study the clinical effect of Longkuang Danggui Sanleng Decoction immune index and inflammatory factors of ovarian cancer patients. Methods Sixty patients with ovarian cancer from November 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups: the trial group(n=30) and the control group(n=30). The control group was treated with paclitaxel and cisplatin. On the basis, the trial group was treated with Longkuang Danggui Sanleng Decoction. The total effective rate, serum tumor marker level[CA125, carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)] and Th1,Th2,Th1/Th2, regulatory T lymphocyte(Treg) and inflammatory cytokines(IL-2, IL-6,IL-10) and interferon(INF-γ) and side effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the trial group(90.0%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.7%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The CA125,CEA,IL-2,IL-6 and INF-γ of the trial group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and IL-10 was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The Th1 and Th1/Th2 of the trial group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). The Th2 and Treg of the trial group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The side effects rate of the trial group(6.7%) was significantly lower than that of the control group(33.3%)(P<0.05). Conclusion Longkuang Danggui Sanleng Decoction can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of ovarian cancer, improve the immunity of patients, reduce inflammatory reaction and lower the side effects of chemotherapy.
