抗阻力运动对老年冠心病伴衰弱患者的应用效果

目的 探讨在老年冠心病伴衰弱患者中实施抗阻力运动干预的效果。方法 将2018年1月-2019年3月在我院住院的96例老年冠心病伴衰弱患者,按入院时间将其分为对照组和干预组,各48例。对照组实施常规护理及运动锻炼指导;干预组在对照组基础上开展弹力带抗阻力训练,在干预前、干预4周和干预12周后行六分钟步行距离(6-min walk test,6MWT)及西雅图心绞痛量表(Seattle angina questionnaire,SAQ)、TFI衰弱量表评估。结果 干预组,2组6MWT、SAQ得分在时间、组间及交互效应上比较,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.001),生理衰弱和衰弱总得分均低于对照组(P＜0.001)。结论 弹力带抗阻力运动可以有效改善老年冠心病伴衰弱患者的运动耐量、生存质量及衰弱症状。

Effects of resistance exercise for elderly patients with coronary heart disease and frailty

Objective To explore the effect of resistance exercise for elderly patients with coronary heart disease and frailty.Methods A total of 96 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and frailty hospitalized in our hospital between January 2018 and March 2019 were randomly divided into a control group and an intervention group according to their admission order,each of 48.Both groups were given routine nursing and exercise guidance,while the intervention group additionally underwent resistance exercise.Before,as well as 4 and 12 weeks after the intervention,both groups were evaluated using the 6-minute walking test (6MWT),Seattle angina questionnaire (SAQ) and Tilburg frailty index (TFI).Results After the intervention,a significant time effect (P<0.001),group effect and interaction effect were observed for 6MWT and SAQ scores(P<0.001).Moreover,the physical frailty and total frailty of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.001).Conclusion The resistance exercise can effectively improve the exercise tolerance,life quality and frailty of elderly coronary heart disease patients with frailty.
