七味三芎汤联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗冠心病合并颈动脉粥样硬化的临床观察

目的:观察七味三芎汤联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗冠心病合并颈动脉粥样硬化的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的120例冠心病合并颈动脉粥样硬化患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各60例,对照组给予瑞舒伐他汀钙片,治疗组则在对照组基础上加服七味三芎汤,疗程均为12周。结果:治疗组血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平均较对照组有所下降,高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)较对照组明显升高,颈动脉内膜厚度(IMT)、斑块面积较对照组显著降低,差异有统计学意义。结论:七味三芎汤联合瑞舒伐他汀对冠心病合并颈动脉粥样硬化在改善和延缓斑块进展、降低颈动脉内膜厚度以及斑块面积、降低血脂水平、抑制炎症因子等方面具有显著效果。

Clinical Efficacy Evaluation of Qiweisanxiong Decoction Combined with Ruishuvastatin in The Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease with Carotid Atherosclerotic

Objective:to observe the clinical effect of Qi Wei Sanxiong decoction combined with ruishuvastatin in the treatment of coronary heart disease with carotid atherosclerosis.Methods:120 patients with coronary heart disease and carotid atherosclerosis who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 60 cases each.The control group was given ruishuvastatin calcium tablets,and the treatment group was given Qi Wei Sanxiong decoction on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment was 12 weeks.Results:serum levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C)and hypersensitive c-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in the treatment group decreased compared with the control group.High-density lipoprotein(HDL-C)was significantly higher than the control group.Carotid artery intimal thickness(IMT)and plaque area were significantly lower than those in the control group.Conclusion:Qi Wei Sanxiong decoction combined with ruishuvastatin has significant effects on improving and delaying carotid artery atherosclerosis,reducing carotid artery intimal thickness and plaque area,lowering blood lipid level and inhibiting inflammatory factors.
