益气固本方剂联合激素治疗支气管哮喘对患儿免疫功能和气流受限指标的影响

目的分析益气固本方剂联合激素治疗支气管哮喘的效果及对患儿免疫功能和气流受限指标的影响情况。方法选取支气管哮喘患者84例,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用激素治疗,观察组采用益气固本方剂联合激素治疗,分析两组治疗后的临床效果。结果观察组总有效率为95.24%(40/42),对照组为80.95%(34/42),观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组气流受限指标水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者总阻力、中远端阻力、远端阻力水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组NF-κB、Ang-Ⅱ、NGF、TAC、免疫指标水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者TAC、免疫指标水平高于对照组,NF-κB、Ang-Ⅱ、NGF水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气固本方剂联合激素治疗支气管哮喘疗效显著,可改善患者气流受限情况,提高免疫功能,降低NF-κB、Ang-Ⅱ、NGF水平。

Study on Immune Function and Airflow Limitation Index of Bronchial Asthma Treated with Yiqi Guben Decoction Combined with Hormone

Objective To analyze the effect of Yiqi Guben Decoction combined with hormone on the immune function and airflow limitation index of children with bronchial asthma.Methods 84 patients with bronchial asthma were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods.The patients in the control group were treated with hormone,and those in the observation group were treated with Yiqi Guben Decoction combined with hormone.The clinical effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.24%and that of control group was 80.955%.The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the index of airflow limitation between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of total resistance,distal resistance and distal resistance in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of immune indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).The levels of TAC-κB,Ang-Ⅱand NGF in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Yiqi Guben Decoction and hormone in the treatment of bronchial asthma can improve the airflow limitation and the immune function and decrease the levels of NGF in NF-κB,Ang-Ⅱand NGF.
