基于数据挖掘的喉痹内服方剂用药规律分析

目的:挖掘《中医方剂大辞典》中治疗喉痹内服方剂的规律。方法:记录《中医方剂大辞典》中喉痹内服方剂,应用EXCEL 2010建立喉痹内服方剂数据库并进行频数分析,根据频数分析归纳核心药物,分别运用统计软件IBM SPSS Statistics 22的系统聚类进行聚类分析,以IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0的Apriori算法进行关联规则分析并作出关联网络图。结果:关于治疗喉痹的内服方剂,共收集到533首方剂涉及381味中药,根据频数分析结果归纳出甘草、桔梗、玄参、升麻等45味核心药物,总结了6个核心药物聚类组合,得出29条药对关联规则。结论:《中医方剂大辞典》中治疗喉痹内服方涉及药物广泛,药物相对集中,以清热、解表、补虚、化痰四类药物最为常用,同时发现药物配伍存在比较固定的规律。

Analysis of Medication Regularity of Pharyngitis Prescriptions for Oral Administration Based on Data Mining Technology

Objective: To explore the principles of prescriptions to be taken oral for treating pharyngitis from Prescription Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Methods: We collected the Prescription Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine in order to establish a database by Excel 2010 for the research of the pharyngitis prescription, and summarized core herds based on frequency analysis. Then medication regularity were analyzed by cluster analysis and association rules by IBM SPSS Statistics 22 and Apriori of IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 respectively. Results: Totally collect 533 prescriptions and 381 Chinese herbs were collected. The core herbs for treating pharyngitis are totally 45 kinds, such as Gancao, Jiegeng, Xuansan, Shengma, and so on. Finally summarize 6 cluster combinations obtain 29 association rules of herb pair and herb group. Conclusion: The herbs of treating pharyngitis from Prescription Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine is widely but concentrated. The most commonly used herbs include heat-clearing, relieving exterior syndrome, supplement of deficiency, remoring phlegm, etc. At the same time, it is found that there is a fixed law of drug pairing. The results above can provide reference for clinical treatment of this disease.
