改良固定法在留置PICC中的应用效果

目的 探索改良固定法在留置PICC导管中的应用效果。方法 选取2017年7月-2018年7月在我科留置PICC导管的患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分成对照组199例和实验组205例,对照组采用传统的固定方法,实验组采用改良导管固定方法,比较2组PICC导管相关并发症的发生率。结果 实验组导管移位或脱出、穿刺口渗血、穿刺口局部感染或导管相关血流感染的发生率均低于对照组(χ²=40.178,P<0.001;χ²= 49.414,P<0.001;χ²=29.456,P<0.001)。结论 改良导管固定法能有效减少PICC导管相关并发症,值得在临床上推广应用。

Application of modified fixation method in PICC

Objective To explore the effect of applying the improved fixation method in putting the peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC). Methods The patients with PICC in our department from July 2017 to July 2018 were randomly divided into an experimental group (n=205) and a control group (n=199). The traditional fixation method was used for the control group, while the modified fixation method was applied for the experimental group. Then the PICC-related complications were compared between the two groups. Results The PICC-related complications such as the catheter prolapse or displacement (χ²=40.178, P<0.001), oozing of blood at the punctured sites (χ²=49.414, P<0.001) and catheter-related punctured site or bloodstream infection (χ²=29.456, P<0.001) were significantly reduced in the experimental group. Conclusion The modified fixation method can effectively reduce such complications as the catheter escape or displacement, oozing of blood at the punctured sites and catheter-related punctured site or bloodstream infection. Therefore, it is worthy of clinical application.
