监测D-二聚体动态变化预测过敏性紫癜疗效及预后的价值

目的探讨D-二聚体(D-dimer,D-D)与过敏性紫癜(HSP)发生及预后的相关性,监测D-D动态变化预测HSP疗效及预后的价值。方法选择我院2016年1月2018年1月收治的200例HSP患者为研究对象,同时选取同期的健康体检者50例作为对照组,检测2组D-D含量,并在甲强龙联合银杏达莫治疗7 d时比较2组疗效。结果与正常对照组比较,使用Spearman相关性分析表明D-D水平与HSP累及皮肤部位关系密切(r=0.745,P<0.05)。HSP预后总有效率与D-D含量呈显著负相关(r=-0.812,P<0.05)。结论HSP的发生与D-D含量有显著的相关性,临床上应严格监测患者的D-D含量并进行早期干预,以改善预后。

Value of Monitoring the Dynamic Changes of D-dimer in Predicting the Curative Effects and Prognosis of Patients with Henoch-Sch?nlein Purpura

Objective In order to investigate the correlation between D-dimer(D-D)and the occurrence and prognosis of Henoch-Schonlein purpura(HSP)and to monitor the efficacy and patient prognosis of D-D dynamic changes in predicting HSP.Methods Totally 200 patients with HSP treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 was selected as study objects.In addition,50 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.D-D content in two groups was detected,and the efficacy seven days after treatment with methylprednisolone combined with ginkgo biloba was compared.Results Compared with the normal control group,Spearman correlation analysis showed that the level of D-D was closely related to the skin location of anaphylactoid purpura(r=0.745,P<0.05).There was significant negative correlation between the total effective rate of HSP and D-D content(r=-0.812,P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of HSP is significantly correlated with the content of D-D,the level of D-D should be strictly monitored and early intervention performed to improve the prognosis in clinical practice.
