摘    要:
随着生活水平的提高,饮食结构的改变,动脉粥样硬化的发病率逐年上升,现代研究表明脾的功能与线粒体功能息息相关,脾功能失调可导致动脉粥样硬化,线粒体功能失调亦可导致动脉粥样硬化,基于"脾不升清,脉道不利"理论讨论线粒体功能障碍与动脉粥样硬的影响。

Abstract:
With the improvement of living standards and dietary changes,the incidence of atherosclerosis is increasing year by year.Modern studies have shown that the function of the spleen is closely related to mitochondrial function.Spleen dysfunction can lead to atherosclerosis,and mitochondrial dysfunction also can lead to atherosclerosis.The article discussed the effects of mitochondrial dysfunction and atherosclerosis based on the theory of"spleen failing to ascend and the vessels being obstructed".
