《临证指南医案·痹》辨治解析与应用

Analysis on Features of Applying Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treatment of Bi Disease in A Guide to Clinical Practice with Medical Record

This article investigates features of YE Tian-shi in applying traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in treatment of bi disease, which contains three aspects: bi disease caused by internal injury, Bi disease resulting in Flaccidity symptoms and Treating Bi disense by dispersing. The important role of internal injury, eating disorder, in the onset of paralysis is emphasized. Under the guidance of the pathogenesis of Bi disease resulting in flaccidity symptoms,we analyze the medical records.The treatment method is summarized as Wen Yang Tong Bu and Qing Yang Tong Bu. The treatment method of Xuan tong is divided into three methods: Wen Yang Li Shi, Qing Re Li Shi,and Gan Han He Yang.Under the features of treatment, we treat this disease with satisfactory efficacy.
