肿瘤医院护士对肺癌患者口服靶向药物护理的质性研究

目的 探讨护士主导肺癌患者口服靶向药物管理的工作缺陷与需求。 方法 采用质性研究中的现象学研究法,深入访谈10名肿瘤医院呼吸内科及胸瘤外科护士。 结果 通过对资料阅读、分析和整理提出4个主题:患者能理解及配合健康教育;护理人员对肺癌口服小分子靶向药物相关知识了解不足;对健康教育信心不足;对靶向药物不良反应问题采取回避态度。 结论 护士对靶向药物知识掌握情况有待加强,应通过医护合作、规范化的培训提高护士的小分子靶向药物管理水平。

Qualitative study of oral targeted drugs nursing of patients with lung cancer by respiratoryoncology nurses

Objective To explore the work defect and demand of the administration of oral-targeted drugs for lung cancer patients. Methods Using qualitative and phenomenological research method, 10 clinical nurses in the internal medicine department and thoracic tumor surgery department were given an in-depth interview. Results Based on data collected, 4 themes were summarized, including patients can understand and cooperate with health education, nurses′ lack of knowledge about the drugs, nurses lack confidence in the health education, and neglecting adverse reactions of drugs. Conclusion Nurses′ knowledge about the drugs should be improved. Doctor-nurse cooperation and standardized training should be conducted to promote the drug administration of the nursing staff.
