过敏性鼻炎的中医特殊诊疗方法综述

本文通过对近年来中医治疗过敏性鼻炎的文献进行查阅,对以补肺、益肾、健脾为基本原则的内治法及以针法为主的外治法治疗变应性鼻炎进行阐述,并重点通过对相关文献的查询,得出上入穴循按、微量元素测定、大鱼际的掌纹形态及儿童目下黑特征等特殊诊断手段,同时通过自血疗法、热敏疗法、特殊针法、中医蜂疗、鼻周吸入式用药以及药食同源等特殊治疗方法,表明中医对过敏性鼻炎的诊疗并不局限于传统的内治法及外治法,而有更广阔的空间有待探求。

Review of The Special Diagnosis and Treatment Methods of Allergic Rhinitis in Traditional Chinese Medicine

Based on the literature of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in recent years,this paper expounds the internal treatment based on the basic principles of tonifying the lung,tonifying the kidney and invigorating the spleen,and the external treatment based on acupuncture,and through the inquiry of the relevant literature,the special diagnostic methods,such as the pressing of the upper entry point,the determination of trace elements,the palmprint morphology of the large thenar and the black characteristics of the eyes of children are obtained.And at the same time,the results show that the diagnosis and treatment of allergic rhinitis is not limited to the traditional internal treatment and external treatment,but also has a wider range of treatment methods,such as heat sensitive therapy,special acupuncture method,bee therapy of traditional Chinese medicine,perinasal inhaled medicine and homologous treatment of medicine and food,which indicated that the diagnosis and treatment of allergic rhinitis is not limited to the traditional internal treatment and external treatment.The research Space is needed to be explored.
