参苓白术散联合多磺酸黏多糖封包对老年慢性湿疹血虚风燥证患者炎症因子和外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

目的观察参苓白术散联合多磺酸黏多糖封包对老年慢性湿疹血虚风燥证患者的临床疗效,研究其对炎症因子和外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的影响,为临床应用提供理论依据。方法选取医院2016年1月—2018年6月诊治的120例血虚风燥证慢性湿疹患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各60例。对照组给予多磺酸黏多糖封包治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合参苓白术散口服治疗,1周为1个疗程,服用4个疗程。观察治疗前及治疗2、4个疗程时两组症状总积分变化值,炎症因子及外周血T淋巴细胞亚群水平变化情况;随访3个月观察患者的复发情况。结果治疗后,治疗组临床疗效总有效率为90.0%(54/60),对照组为71.67%(43/60),治疗组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗2、4个疗程,两组症状总积分与治疗前比较,均明显降低(P<0.05),治疗组症状总积分均低于同时期对照组(P<0.05),治疗4个疗程,两组总积分均低于2个疗程(P<0.05);两组患者白细胞介素(interleukins,IL)-β1,IL-2,IL-4,IL-5,肿瘤坏死因子(tumor necrosis factor,TNF)-α水平较治疗前降低,治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组CD+4,CD+4/CD+8水平比治疗前升高,治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05),随访3个月,未发生不良反应,观察组患者复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论参苓白术散联合多磺酸黏多糖封包可抑制患者炎症反应,提高免疫力,能有效治疗老年慢性湿疹血虚风燥证。

Effect of Shenling Baizhu Powder Combined with Polysulfonic Acid Mucopolysaccharide Encapsulation on Inflammatory Cytokines and Peripheral Blood T Lymphocyte Subsets in Elderly Patients with Chronic Eczema and Blood Deficiency

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenling Baizhu Powder combined with polysulfonic acid mucopolysaccharide in the treatment of chronic eczema and blood deficiency syndrome in elderly patients and study its effect on inflammatory factors and peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets for clinical application so as to provide a theoretical basis.Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic eczema of blood deficiency and rheumatism from January 2016 to June 2018 were enrolled in this study.They were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,60 cases in each.The control group was treated with polysulfonic acid mucopolysaccharide,and the treatment group was treated with Shenling Baizhu Powder on the basis of the control group.One week was 1 course and there were 4 courses.The changes of total scores of symptoms,inflammatory factors and peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets were observed before treatment and after 2 and 4 courses of treatment.The recurrence of patients was observed after 3 months follow-up.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%(54/60),and that of the control group was 71.67%(43/60).The treatment group’s total effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The treatment was performed for 2 or 4 courses.The scores were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The total scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment for 4 courses,the total scores of the two groups were lower than that after 2 courses(P<0.05).The levels of interleukins(IL)-β1,IL-2,IL-4,IL-5,tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-αin the two groups were lower than those before treatment.Those in the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CD+4 and CD+4/CD+8 in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the treatment group’s was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months follow-up,no adverse reactions occurred.The recurrence rate of patients was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenling Baizhu Powder combined with polysulfonic acid mucopolysaccharide encapsulation can inhibit the inflammatory reaction of patients,improve immunity and can effectively treat chronic eczema and blood deficiency syndrome.
