| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨“3H”规范化护理服务模式在神经外科的应用。方法：随机选择120例患者分为实验组与对照组，分别采取“3H”规范化护理服务与常规护理模式。评价患者的满意度以及健康知识获得和肺部感染率的差异。结果：两组患者满意度，以及健康知识获得和肺部感染率有显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论：“3H”规范化护理服务模式在整体护理过程中起到了积极作用，提高了护理质量。

| Abstract: | Objective:To approach the 3H standard nursing service mode,elev at e the quality of care.Methods:120 patients were randomly divided into groups of control group and operative group,to provide 3H standard nursing service and com mon nursing service.Compare these data of patient's satisfaction degree,rate of health education and pulmonary infection with those of control group and operati ve group.Result:Patient's satisfaction degree,rate of health education and pulmo nary infection showing significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The study indicates the positive effect of 3H standard nursing service mode in wh ole nursing service,elevate the quality of care. |
