| 摘 要： | 总结普通外科在进修医师临床教学中的经验。根据进修医师的特点,认为在进修医师的临床教学中应注意以下几个方面:端正教学指导思想,重视床边教学和手术中教学,结合实际开展病例讨论,坚持定期进行专题讲座,健全进修医师管理制度,提高培养质量,从而保证了进修医师的教学质量。

| Abstract: | This paper summarizes experience in teaching refresher doctors of general surgery.Based on their features,we think that attention should be paid to issues in teaching of them as follow: correcting the teaching guide thinking,emphasizing the bedside teaching and intraoperative teaching,carrying out clinical case discussion,carrying out lectures,establishing regulatory regime.Then the teaching quality can be increased. |
