61例社会因素剖宫产孕妇的术前心理因素分析

目的探讨非医学指征剖宫产术的术前心理状况,旨在进行相关的心理因素综合分析,以指导选择合适的分娩方式。方法选择2005年12月~2006年1月我院因社会因素剖宫产孕妇61例,无明显剖宫产指征,无产科合并症及并发症,自愿要求实施剖宫产的孕妇,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)抑郁自评量表(SDS)及自制的与分娩的相关的心理状态问卷调查表,孕妇自愿填写并与同期阴道分娩的孕妇56例进行对照。结果两组调查对象均存在着焦虑状态,剖宫产组的焦虑状态超过阴道分娩组,剖宫产组的SDS评分超过常模值,提示存在抑郁倾向,阴道分娩组无抑郁存在。结论孕妇心理因素对分娩方式有影响,重视妊娠期及分娩期的孕期教育,有利于正确选择分娩方式。

Preoperative psychological analyses of 61 cases of caesarean delivered gravida for social factors

Aim To explore preoperative psychological situation of non-medical indicational caesarean and analyze mental factors comprehensively so as to select the proper puerperal way.Methods 61cases of caesarean delivered gravida for social factors were derived from June of 2005 to January of 2006's patients without caesarean indications and obstertrical complications.The self-rating anxious scale(SAS),self-rating depressive scale(SDS) and self-made psychological questionnaires related to delivery were adapted which were filled in by the caesarean delivered puerperants voluntarily and compared with those of 56 cases of vaginal-delivery puerperants with the corresponding time.Results Both groups had shown anxiety and the caesarean delivered puerperants were more anxious than the vaginal-delivery puerereans.The scales of the former exceeded the norm,which indicated the depressive inclination,while the latter were out of depression.Conclusion Psychological factors of gravida affect the puerperal way.Emphases on the gestational and intrapartum education of pregnancy are in favor of the proper selection of puerperal way.
