新型经静脉临时起博电极导管的实验及临床研究

摘    要:目的 研制并观察新型经静脉临时起搏电极导管应用的效果。方法 应用永久性心内膜电极管生产工艺及材料,研制出新型经静脉临时起搏电极导管,并应用于动物实验和致命性缓慢心律失常病人的抢救。结果 该起搏电极可操纵性好,有效起搏所需时间短;起搏参数较理想;抗拉性及柔韧性好,电极断裂等并发症少。结论 初步结果提示,该新型起搏电极导管用于紧急床边心脏起搏安全、有效,价格低廉,适宜推广。

Abstract:Objective To manufacture and observe the effect of a new type transvenous temporary pacing lead. Methods Technology and material of permanent endocardium lead were used to manufacture a new type transvenous temporary pacing lead, which was used animal experiment and fatal brady arrhythmias patients. Results Merits of the pacing lead are easy to control; less effective pacing time; satisfying pacing parameter; good flexility; few complications such as lead fracture. Conclusion The new type pacing lead is safe, effective and inexpensive, it is worth generalizing.
