| 摘 要： | 目的建立复方刺五加糖浆的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法（HPLC）测定复方刺五加糖浆中紫丁香苷的含量。以甲醇-水（8∶2）为流动相,以岛津VP-ODSC18柱（4.6mm×150mm,5μm）为固定相,检测波长为265nm。结果紫丁香苷在0.0805-1.61μg范围内有良好的线性关系,r=0.9997。平均回收率为97.98%（n=6）,RSD=0.66%。结论该法操作简便准确,可作刺五加糖浆中紫丁香苷的质量控制方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study determination method of Syringin in Compound Ciwujia Syrup by HPLC.Methods Using VP-ODS C18 column（4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm）,the mobile phase was methanol and water（8∶2）at the rate 1.0 ml/min,the wavelength of detector was 265 nm.Results The linear was 0.080 5 to 1.61 μg（r=0.999 7）.The average recovery was 97.98%（RSD=0.66%,n=6）.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,reliable.It can be used for the quality control of Compound Ciwujia Syrup. |
