液基细胞学检测在宫颈病变筛查中的价值

目的评价液基细胞学检测（LCT）在宫颈病变筛查中的价值。方法对我院应用液基细胞学检测2450例按TBS诊断标准进行细胞病理学诊断，对诊断结果进行分析总结，其中204例行阴道镜下活检病理，诊断结果与病理组织学诊断对照。结果LET与阴道镜下活检病理结果符合率分别为LSIL77％，HSIL86％，SCC100％，HPV感染的符合率为79％。结论液基细胞学检测敏感性较高，尤其是宫颈的中、重度不典型增生检出率高，假阴性率低，应作为宫颈癌筛查的一种常规手段。

The value of liquid based cytology at suspicious lesion on the cervix

Objective To estimate the value of liquid based cytology(LCT) at screening of suspicious lesion on the cervix.Methods Cytopathology with LCT was performed on 2450 cases of suspicions lesion on the cervix.Among 204 cases,biopsy under the vaginoscope was done.Results Be suspicious lesion on the cervix tween Cytopathology with LCT and pathologic histology with vaginoscope,the coincidence with LSIL,HSIL,SCC,and infected HPV were 77%,86%,100%,79% respectively.Conclusion LCT can be a routine method of screening cancer of the cervix since high sensitivity,especially in the middle and severe atypical hyperplasia.
