| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨老年脑卒中合并吞咽障碍患者护理干预的效果。方法：对42例脑卒中合并吞咽障碍的老年患者制定个体化的吞咽训练计划,进行针对性吞咽训练,观察护理前后的效果。结果：经过3～4周康复护理干预,患者吞咽功能明显提高（P〈0.01）。结论：对老年脑卒中合并吞咽障碍患者实施护理干预可改善吞咽功能,促进疾病的早日康复。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the effect of nursing intervention for dysphagia in elderly patients with stroke. Methods：42 patients accepted swallow training individually. Their swallowing functions were assessed before and after training. Results： Their swallowing functions improved after 3 -4 weeks training （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Rehabitation nursing is effective on dysphagia in elderly patients with stroke. |
