| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肉芽肿性乳腺炎的治疗方法。方法分析总结26例肉芽肿性乳腺炎患者的临床资料。结果 17例经过切开引流治疗,肿块缩小后手术,随访1例复发,再次手术后未见复发。9例口服甲泼尼龙,肿块缩小后手术,随访未见复发。结论类固醇激素治疗能控制症状,手术是主要的治疗手段。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the treatment of granulomatous mastitis. Methods The clinical date of 26 cases of granulomatous mastitis were analyzed and summarized. Results There were 17 cases retreated after receiving surgical incision and drainage treatment, and 1 case recurred in follow-up. There was no recurrence of surgery after receiving oral methylprednisolone treatment in the other 9 cases. Conclusion Steroid hormone treatment is effective for controlling the symptom, and surgical resection is the primary treatment methods for granulomatous mastitis. |
