视屏显示终端作业人员的职业心理健康调查

目的通过问卷调查综合评价160名视屏显示终端（VDT）作业人员的职业心理健康状况。方法从大型仓储物流管理公司选择VDT作业人员160名作为调查组,另外选择该公司不接触VDT作业人员160名作为对照组。通过调查问卷综合判定2组人员的职业心理健康状况。调查问卷内容由个人信息、一般健康问卷（GHQ）、职业倦怠问卷（CMBI）、职业紧张调查表（OSI-R）、贝克焦虑量表（BAI）、贝克抑郁量表（BDI）6部分组成。结果调查组对心理健康关注率（79.38%）与对照组（71.25%）相比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;调查组成就感降低的比率（45.63%）明显高于对照组（30.00%）（P〈0.01）,调查组职业倦怠程度高于对照组;调查组紧张反应总分、心理紧张反应得分、躯体紧张反应得分明显高于对照组（均P〈0.01）;调查组焦虑症状检出率（22.50%）明显高于对照组（6.25%）（P〈0.05）;调查组抑郁症状程度高于对照组。结论 VDT作业人员的职业心理健康状况不容乐观,出现职业倦怠、紧张反应、焦虑和抑郁症状的比例较高,VDT作业人员应采取积极有效的防范措施,合理安排工作和休息时间。管理层应改善VDT作业人员的工作环境,加强对其心理健康教育。

Investigation on occupational psychological health of visual display terminal operators

Objective]To comprehensively evaluate the occupational psychological health condition of 160 workers engaged in visual display terminal（ VDT） operation.Methods]160 VDT operators and 160 employees without VDT operating experiences from a large-sized store and logistics management company were selected for this study,respectively enrolled into the investigation group and the control group. The psychological health condition of participants was evaluated by the questionnaire survey. Questionnaires consisted of Personal information,General health questionnaire（ GHQ）,Chinese Maslach burnout inventory（ CMBI）,Occupational stress inventory revised edition（ OSI-R）,Beck anxiety inventory（ BAI） and Beck depression inventory（ BDI）. Results]No significant difference in attention rate of psychological health between the investigation group（ 79. 38%） and the control group（71.25%） was observed（ P〉0. 05）. The rate of reduced personal accomplishment in the investigation group（ 45. 63%） was higher than that in the control group（ 30. 00%） significantly（ P〈0. 01）. The degree of occupational burnout in the investigation group was higher than that in the control group. The total score of strain reaction,psychological strain score and physical strain score in the investigation group were higher than those in the control group（ all P〈0. 01）. The detection rate of anxiety symptoms in the investigation group（ 22. 50%） was higher than that in the control group（ 6. 25%） significantly（ P〈0. 05）. The degree of depression symptoms in the investigation group was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion]The occupational psychological health condition of VDT operators is not optimistic,and the higher rates of occupational burnout,strain reaction,anxiety and depression symptoms have been observed in this study.
