北京市凤山矿职业病危害现状评价

摘    要:目的确定北京市凤山矿生产过程中的职业病危害因素及其危害程度,并确定职业病防护设施和职业卫生管理措施的效果。方法采用职业卫生检测法、职业卫生现场调查法、职业健康检查、职业病危害作业分级等方法进行职业病危害现状评价。结果工作场所中石灰石粉尘的8 h时间加权平均浓度为:呼尘0.09-0.39 mg/m^3,总尘0.16-1.01 mg/m^3,满足国家职业卫生接触限值要求。碎运破碎机工人8 h等效声级为93.6 dB(A),噪声超标;其他工种的8 h等效声级满足噪声国家职业接触限值的要求。结论职业病危害因素主要为石灰石粉尘、稳态噪声,粉尘作业为0级(相对无害作业);稳态噪声危害程度分级为Ⅰ级(轻度危害)和Ⅱ级(中度危害),稳态噪声的危害程度较高;粉尘的职业病防护措施效果较明显,噪声的职业病防护措施应重点关注个体防护用品的使用及劳动者实际接触噪声的时间等。

Abstract:[Objective]To identify the occupational hazards and its harmful degree in production process of Fengshan Mine in Beijing City,and evaluate the occupational disease protection facilities and the effect of control measures.[Methods]Occupational health test,occupational health field investigation,occupational health surveillance and occupational hazards classification were applied for the assessment.[Results]The 8h time-weighted average concentrations of limestone dust in workplace were 0. 09-0. 39 mg/m^3( total dust) and 0. 16-1. 01 mg/m^3( respirable dust) which met the requirements of occupational exposure limits. The 8 h equivalent sound level of crusher operator was s 93. 6 dB( A),exceeding the occupational exposure limits. The 8h equivalent sound level of other jobs met the national requirements.[Conclusion]The main occupational hazards are limestone dust and steady noise.The dust work classification is zero( relatively no hazards). The harmful degree of steady noise are classified as LevelⅠ( mild hazard) and LevelⅡ( moderate hazard),and the steady noise can cause serious harm. The effect of protective measures against dust is obvious. The control of noise should focus on personal protection equipment and time exposure.
