上海市现制现售水卫生现状调查

目的通过了解上海市目前现制现售水卫生管理现状,为进一步有效科学管理寻找对策。方法 2013年5—12月随机抽取9个区1 100台自动售水机、500户用户、5位卫生管理者及4家供水企业等进行现况调查、水质检测、自检能力建设及人员访谈。结果现制现售水水质检测总合格率大于90%,不合格项目主要为细菌总数、大肠杆菌,耗氧量等指标;大于74%的受访者使用现制现售水,2家企业实验室自检能力不能满足规范要求。结论建立健全有效的法律法规,加强执法,是提高行业有序发展,安全供水的保障。

Investigation on hygienic status of fresh-purified drinking water from vending machines in Shanghai

[Objective]To understand the hygienic and management status of fresh-purified drinking water from vending machines in Shanghai,further look for the scientific and effective management measures.[Methods]From May to December in 2013,1 100 water vending machines,500 households,5 health administrators and 4 water supply enterprises were collected from 9 districts,to perform the cross-sectional investigation, water quality testing, self-checking capability building and personnel interview.[Results]The total qualified rate of fresh-purified drinking water from vending machines was higher than 90%,and the unqualified indicators mainly included the total number of bacteria,Escherichia coli and oxygen consumption. More than 74% of survey respondents have used the fresh-purified drinking water from vending machines. The self-checking capability of laboratory in two enterprises did not meet the requirements of standards. [Conclusion]To establish the effective laws and regulations,and strengthen law enforcement are main ways to improve the orderly development of industry and ensure the safe water supply.
