我国职业病的社会影响因素

随着工业化和城市化的迅速发展,职业病防治问题日益突出。作者从社会学的理论视角出发,以职业病问题在我国情景中被建构的过程为主线,从环境因素、社会经济因素和政府、用人单位以及个人因素这3个层面,系统分析了当前我国职业病的社会影响因素及社会文化意义。针对职业病的社会影响因素建构可持续发展的职业病防治有效方法和路径,旨在从源头控制职业病危害,保障劳动者的健康,并对职业病问题的进一步思考和探究提供一个新视角。

Social factors influencing occupational diseases in China

With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization,occupational disease prevention and control has become increasingly prominent. In this paper,the social factors and social culture significance in China are analyzed from the sociological perspective,with the occupational disease process constructed in China context as the main line,from the aspects of environmental factors,socio-economic factors and the government,the employer and individual factors. Aiming to social factors,the construction of the effective ways and approaches for occupational diseases control should be conducted with sustainable development. And it also provides a new perspective for further thinking and exploration of occupational disease issues in order to control occupational hazards,and protect workers＇ health.
