摘 要: | CO是导致人类损伤或死亡的常见毒性物质之一,主要来源于碳氢化合物的不完全燃烧。CO中毒导致的脑损伤包括急性期脑损伤和迟发性脑病,其主要致病机制为缺氧引发的系列氧化应激、炎症反应等。氧疗是最好的治疗方法,但是CO中毒患者是否行高压氧治疗,成为目前研究和争论的焦点。作者主要介绍了CO中毒脑损伤的发病机制和氧疗的研究进展。

Abstract: | Carbon monoxide( CO),a highly toxic gas produced by incomplete combustion of hydrocarbons,is one of the common causes of human injury and death. Brain damage caused by CO poisoning induces acute injury and delayed encephalopathy,which main pathogenesis are oxidative stress and inflammatory reaction due to anoxia. Oxygen therapy is the best treatment of CO poisoning. However,whether to put hyperbaric oxygen( HBO) therapy into practice is becoming the focus of current research and debate.This article mainly introduces the pathogenesis and the research progress of oxygen therapy for brain damage induced by CO poisoning. |
