| 摘 要： | 带状疱疹（HZ）是由水痘-带状疱疹病毒（varicella-zoster virus,VZV）复发感染所致,患者多见于老年人以及免疫低下人群。疫苗在控制HZ方面有着重要作用。该文对近年来国内外有关HZ疫苗的研究成果及使用情况进行综述,为疫苗的使用及带状疱疹的预防提供参考。 |

| Abstract: | Herpes zoster（ HZ） is caused by the recurrent infection of varicella-zoster virus（ VZV）,and most patients are elderly people and immunocompromised people. Vaccine plays an important role in controlling HZ infection. This article summarizes the research achievements of HZ vaccine at home and abroad and its service conditions in the recent years,to provide the evidences for vaccine application and HZ prevention. |
