呼和浩特市655名蒙古族健康体检者血脂水平分析报告

目的：了解呼和浩特市蒙古族人群的血脂情况,为采取相应的预防措施提供参考依据。方法：选取2009年6月至2011年12月间在呼和浩特市中蒙医院进行健康体检的蒙古族人655名,对其血脂水平进行分析。结果：高脂血症检出率在各个年龄组间的差异具有统计学意义;且高脂血症发生率男性大于女性,差异也具有统计学意义。结论：高脂血症检出率较高,应加强公共卫生知识的宣传教育工作,改善蒙古族人群的饮食结构,并加强锻炼,降低血液中甘油三酯及胆固醇水平。

Blood Lipid Analysis of 655 Normal Mongolian Physical Examinees in Hohhot

Objective ： To investigate the levels of blood lipid in Hohhot Mongolian population, and to provide references to the establishment of preventive measures for hyperlipidemia. Methods ： A total of 655 Mongols who were performed normal physi- cal examination in China - Mongol hospital of Hohhot were recruited between June 2009 and Dec. 2011. And their blood lipid levels were analyzed. Results： A significant difference in the detection rate of hyperlipidemia was found among different age groups. The incidence rate of hyperlipidemia in male was significantly higher than in female. Conclusion： The detection rate of hyperlipidemia is higher. The promotion of public healthy knowledge and public education should be strengthened. In order to de- crease the levels of triglyceride and cholesterol, the dietary structure of Mongols should be improved, and more physical exercises should be done.
