Effect of Nursing Intervention on Sleep Quality in Patients with Bronchiectasis

Objective:To investigate the application of nursing intervention in patients with bronchiectasis and the evaluation of sleep quality.Methods:From February 2016 to February 2018,86 patients with bronchiectasis were selected from the 2 Hospital attached to Fujian Medical University,of whom 56 were males and 30 females,and were randomly divided into control and observation groups.The control group adopted the conventional nursing method.The observation group used a series of nursing interventions.The duration of the experiment was 30 days,and the clinical symptoms improvement rate and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results:The clinical symptoms improvement rate in the control group was 79.06%and 90.69%in the observation group,which had reached a level of statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the PSQI score of observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and both scores were reduced.Conclusion:Nursing intervention has obvious effect on patients with bronchiectasis.It can not only alleviate the patient′s condition,but also improve the clinical efficiency,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and improve the quality of sleep,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
