| 摘 要： | 目的:评价针对性护理方案对食管癌患者术后睡眠质量的影响.方法:选取2017年8月至2018年4月山东省滨州市沾化区人民医院收治的食管癌患者79例随机分为对照组(n=35)与观察组(n=44).对照组给予常规遵医护理,观察组给予针对性护理方案,比较2组睡眠质量、免疫功能以及护理满意度.结果:观察组术后1 周、2周的PSQI评分,观察组低于对照组,护理后观察组的细胞免疫指标改善效果优于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,2 组比较,各项指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:食管癌术后加强针对性护理方案,可改善患者的睡眠质量,提高患者的满意度,应用价值显著.

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the effect of targeted nursing programs on postoperative sleep quality in patients with esophageal cancer.Methods:A total of 79 patients with esophageal cancer admitted to people′s hospital of zhanhua district,binzhou city,shandong province from August 2017 to April 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 35 cases in the control group and 44 cases in the observation group.The control group was given routine compliance with medical management,and the observation group was given targeted nursing programs.The sleep quality,immune function and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:the PSQI score of the observation group 1 and 2 weeks after operation was lower than that of the control group,and the improvement effect of cellular immunity index of the observation group after nursing was better than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:after the operation of esophageal cancer to strengthen the targeted nursing program,can improve the patient′s sleep quality,improve the patient satisfaction,application value is significant. |
