| 摘 要： | 目的探讨与评价大学生性与生殖健康教育的模式、内容和效果，为高校性教育提供依据。方法采用前瞻性干预研究的方法，对石河子大学2000级新生2437名进行为期2a的性健康教育（包括专题讲座、同伴教育、主题班会和咨询服务等），并在教育前后进行匿名问卷调查。结果通过教育，干预组学生的性与生殖健康的知识、态度、观念和行为有了明显的提高和转变，总的回答正确率由干预前的48．32％上升到71．06％，提高了22．74个百分点。结论对大学生进行性与生殖健康教育干预是可行的，且效果比较明显。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss and assess the model,content and impact of sex and reproductive health education to the university students,and to provide bases for sexual health education in colleges.Methods A total of 2 437 fresh university students enrolled in 2000 in Shihezi University were randomly chosen.Two years' sexual health education was conducted to them,which included lecture,peer education,topic class-meeting and counseling.A self-administered anonymous questionnaire survey was carried out among them.Results After the intervention,the students' knowledge,attitude and conception on sexual and reproduction had significantly improved.The correct answer rate increased from 48.32% to 71.06%.Conclusion Sexual and reproductive health education is feasible and effective to the college students. |
