ERCP诊治胆总管结石

目的探查ERCP对胆总管结石的诊断与治疗的作用。方法计算机检索中国学术期刊网（CNKI）、重庆维普（VIP）中文科技期刊全文数据库、PUMBED,对ERCP诊治胆总管结石的优势和弱点进行分析。结果诊断方面：ERCP对于胆总管结石诊断的敏感性和特异性分别为92%和97%;治疗方面：研究表明对于D〈1.0cm的小结石成功率97.6%;并发症方面：报道经过50万人次的观察,此上所说偶尔穿孔、出血、感染误吸的概率大概只有0.01%。不足：仍然有很多禁忌症。结论 ERCP诊断及其治疗技术具有简单、快速、痛苦小、并发症少等优点,在一定程度上替代了外科手术,是目前胆结石患者常采用的方法 。

ERCP diagnosis and therapy choledocholithiasis

Objective To investigate the advantage and disadvantage of ERCP in the diagnosis and therapy of choledocholithiasis.Methods The strategy is using computer to find subiect which coming from CNKI,VIP,PUMBED and so on.Then reach the goal.Results In the diagnose aspect：the sensitivity and specificity of ERCP in the diagnosis and therapy of choledocholithiasis is 92% and 97%;treatment：stone（D〈1cm） can be easily carried out with the success rate of 97.6%,and the rate of complication,such as infection bleeding and perforation is less than 0.01%.But there are some contraindications.Conclusions ERCP is easy fast less pain and complication,replace surgery in a certain degree.
