| 摘 要： | 目的 观察固定正畸和上颌前方牵引器矫治恒牙列期前牙反情况和疗效。方法对18例恒牙列期青少年患者,以上颌快速扩弓装置(带环),每日打开螺旋1次,共2周。行支架式口外前方牵引装置牵引。结果18例均获得满意疗效,面型明显改善,上颌骨明显前移,正中或轻度近中磨牙关系。结论 在恒牙列早期,应用前方牵引矫治器治疗,仍然可使上颌骨前移,控制下颌骨的旋转及生长速度,使反患者的面型得到明显改善。 |

| Abstract: | ve To observe the effect of premaxillary tractor in the treatment of malocclusion (labial teeth cross bite) .Methods 18 cases of teenaged patients who in the phase of permanent dentition were treated with maxillary fast extend arch-form appliance hold rings). Opened the screw one time each day and continued for 2 weeks. After that the premaxillary tractor were used. Results All of 18 cases were got satisfactory effect. The outward appearance of the face was improved and the maxillary bone anterior moves. Conclusion The maxillary bone could be anterior moved and the rotation or growth speed of it could be controlled if the early stage of permanent dentition is applied. Moreover, the appearance of face with cross bite could be improved significantly. |
