| 摘 要： | 目的 观察中西医结合疗法治疗上消化道出血的疗效。方法 治疗组54例采用虎杖粉、云南白药配合西医常规治疗,与对照组30例单纯西医常规治疗比较。结果 治疗组治愈率及总有效率均明显优于对照组（P＜0．05）,且平均止血时间治疗组与对照组相比明显缩短（P＜0．05）。结论 中西医结合治疗上消化道出血能明显提高疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine on hemorrhage of upper digestive tract. Methods 84 Patients with hemorrhage of upper digestive tract were divided into two groups. In treatment group (n54) Integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine was carried on. In control group (n=30) only routine Western Medicine method was applied. Results The total effective rate was significantly higher in treatment group compared with that in control group (P<0.05). The mean time of hemostasis in treatment group was shorter than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusions Integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine can enhance therapeutic effect on hemorrhage of upper digestive tract. |
