| 摘 要： | 目的:观察"补肾益气"针刺法治疗脑外伤后遗症的临床疗效.方法:46例脑外伤后遗症患者随机分为对照组23例,采用西药常规治疗;治疗组23例,在常规治疗基础上,根据中医辨病辨证的理论,运用"补肾益气"为主的针刺法,治疗1个月为1个疗程,3个疗程后观察疗效.结果:治疗组总有效率91.3%,对照组总有效率56.5%(P＜0.05).结论:"补肾益气"为主的针刺法治疗脑外伤后遗症疗效显著,值得进一步研究.
