雾化吸入布地奈德和特布他林治疗轻、中度支气管哮喘的疗效观察

目的 观察雾化吸入布地奈德和特布他林对门诊轻、中度急性发作期支气管哮喘患者的疗效。方法 48例急性发作期支气管哮喘患者随机分为治疗组（26例）和对照组（22例）。治疗组每天雾化吸入布地奈德和特布他林雾化液7d，7d后吸入布地奈德气雾剂；对照组仅吸入布地奈德气雾剂。两组均按需应用沙丁胺醇气雾剂，均于治疗前和治疗后第3、7和14天给予症状评分。结果治疗组治疗后第3、7天症状评分较对照组明显降低，但第14天两组无明显差异。结论雾化吸入布地奈德和特布他林起效快，可为门诊轻、中度急性发作期哮喘患者的首选给药方法。

Effects of nebulizing budesonide combined with terbutaline in patients with bronchial asthma of acute attack

Objective To observe the effects of nebulizing budesonide combined with terbutaline in patients with bronchial asthma of acute attack in out-patients. Methods Forty-eight mild and moderate patients suffering from with acute attack of bronchial asthma were divided randomly into two groups(26 cases in therapy group and 22 cases in control group).The patients in therapy group inhaled nebulizing budesonide and terbutaline at first, then inhaled budesonide aerosol 7 days later;while the patients in control group used budesonide aerosol.Both inhaled salbuterol aerosol when necessary.Before and after therapy 3rd,7th and 14th day,the symptom was scored.Results The symptom scores in the therapy group were lower than those in control at the 3rd and 7th day,but had no difference at 14th day.Conclusion The effect of nebulizing budesonide and terbutaline is quick ,which is the first step for acute attack of mild and moderate patients with bronchial asthma.
