慢传输型便秘的病因及发病机制

慢传输型便秘是多因素引起的一种疾病,它虽然是临床上常见而顽固的便秘,但其病因及发病机制尚未明确,目前相关病因包括药物副作用、泻剂滥用、激素异常、心理作用、饮食及排便习惯以及影响结肠的身体其他部分一些原发性疾病,而对发病机制研究主要集中在肠道形态学的改变和胃肠神经肽的改变两个方面,文章对此研究进展作一综述。

Etiology and Mechanism of Slow Transit Constipation

Slow Transit Constipation(STC)is caused by multiple factors,of which the disease is the very common and intractable one in clinic with unclear eiology and pathogenesy.There are many causes of STC including drug side effect,abuse of laxatives,hormonal disorders,psychological effect,diet and bowel evacuation habit as well as diseases affecting colon as the primary disease of other parts of the body.And the study of its mechanism is mainly focused on changes of intestinal morphology and gastrointestinal neuropeptide.This article reviews some progresses about two aspects mentioned above.
