| 摘 要： | 目的建立小柴胡汤滴丸的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对小柴胡汤滴丸中的柴胡、黄芩进行薄层色谱定性鉴别,采用HPLC法对制剂中黄芩的黄芩苷进行含量测定,采用Hypemil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸溶液(45∶55),检测波长为280 nm,柱温30℃。结果薄层鉴别的色谱斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰;黄芩苷在0.1～1.2μg/mL范围内呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为99.20%,RSD为2.29%(n=6)。结论本方法可用于小柴胡汤滴丸的质量控制,具有简便、准确及专属性强的特点。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for quality control of xiaochaihutang dripping pills.Methods Bupleuri radix and baical skullcap root were identified by TLC,the content of baicalin in dripping pills was determined by HPLC with C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid solution(45∶ 55),detection wavelength was set at 280 nm,the column temperature was set at 30 ℃.Results The herbs could be identified by TLC.The calibration curve of baicalin was in a good linearity over the ranges of 0.1~1.2 μg/mL,the average recovery rate was 99.20% with RSD of 2.29%(n=6).Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,and it can be applied to the quality control of xiaochaihutang dripping pill. |
